Before you submit us a ticket please check the folowing to see if these help How Do I Cancel My Subscription If at any time you want to cancel your subscription simply login to you payment processor site (ie paypal) and cancel your subscription from there. Your paid membership here will expire automatically at the end of the paid period (month) If I Cancel My Subscription Will My Account & Sites Be Deleted No, If you cancel your subscription your account status will revert to an unpaid member and you will not be able to surf or receive traffic. However your sites and credit balance will remain on our system until you decide to renew your subscription. How Do I Delete My Account There is a delete account button at the bottom of the members area. Please note you will have to cancel your subscription yourself using your payment processor (ie paypal or safepay) we can not do this for you and can not refund any monies payed if you fail to do this. How do I cancel my paid membership? To cancel your paid membership you need to visit the Paypal or Safepay website and cancel your subscription there. Otherwise they will continue to send us payments for the upgrade and our system will automatically extend your paid membership. My question is still not answered!
